What?

The Workplace Neurobehaviour personal program is a customised one-on-one training package that explores an individual’s current thinking and behaviour patterns, familiarises them with the science of the brain and its interaction with behaviours and provides them with tools and techniques to develop the change adaptive mechanisms necessary to thrive in today’s workforce.

This program has three levels: a 2 month ‘fundamentals’ program, a 4 month ‘innovator’ program and a 10 month ‘immersion’ program. Because the training is one-to-one, we can fully customise the training  schedule according to your needs and your personal availability. We also cater to international clients, as  the program can be undertaken remotely.

How?

Our revolutionary Neurobehaviour Integrated Model combines the latest research in neural networks, behaviour change theories, human needs, and principles of the social brain. Utilising the new model, individuals gain hands-on, simple and effective neurobehaviour techniques and tools that are instantly applicable in rewiring the brain to increase cognitive agility and become change adaptive leaders.

Human brain and behaviour insights support professionals to comfortably navigate the 2st century work demands. At the commencement of the program, participants undertake an online neurobehaviour profile which forms the basis of the customised brain and behaviour rewiring training plan.

The only restrictions we place on the program is that you complete the training in the allocated time so you don’t lose momentum and that you get the most out of the program.
